Servicing: Individual Therapy and Children and Adolescent Therapy

Farrah holds a Master of Arts in Counselling with a specialisation in Marriage and Family from Cambridge College, as well as a Certificate in Domestic Violence. She has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and individuals affected by crisis and domestic violence. Farrah employs a client-centred, humanistic approach, drawing on principles of Existentialism, mindfulness, family systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while thoughtfully incorporating cultural considerations into her practice.

Her strengths-based therapy helps clients recognise the unique contexts shaping their lives, connect with their personal resources, and develop new ways to experience wholeness and wellbeing. Outside of her professional work, Farrah is passionate about rescuing and rehabilitating dogs and cats in Puerto Rico. She also enjoys cooking, watching documentaries, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her pets.
