Gail Kundrot is an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor with over 26 years of experience providing therapy to adults across the lifespan. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, relationship issues, and parenting challenges. Gail takes a compassionate, client-centred approach that encourages individuals to share their stories and work toward meaningful change in a safe and supportive space.
In addition to her clinical practice, Gail serves as a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring early-career therapists and supporting their professional development with care and insight. She brings a balanced and empathetic perspective to her work, informed by decades of experience. Outside of therapy, Gail enjoys reading, gardening, watching films, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
