Nathara Bailey is passionate about empowering clients by building on their strengths. Through a collaborative and trusting relationship, she guides individuals in navigating life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. Nathara holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has specialised experience providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with autism, alongside supporting children, teenagers, and adults with a broad range of emotional and behavioural needs.
Her therapeutic approach is strength-based and culturally responsive, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Nathara is also trained in conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments. She creates a warm, non-judgemental, and supportive environment where all clients can feel safe to explore their emotions and grow.
