Noretza Rivera is a bilingual therapist committed to offering compassionate and respectful care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings valuable experience working with survivors of domestic violence and individuals diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorders. Noretza firmly believes that dignity and empathy are essential components of emotional well-being, and these principles remain central to her therapeutic practice.

Her approach incorporates intervention models such as the strengths-based perspective and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which she applies thoughtfully and collaboratively. Noretza has gained wide-ranging clinical experience through internships and volunteer work abroad, which have deepened her cultural understanding and clinical insight. She has supported clients coping with grief and trauma through crisis intervention, recognising that each person’s journey through loss is unique and complex.
