I am a therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults — with particular expertise in supporting young people through emotional, behavioural, and identity-related challenges. I also specialise in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and culturally grounded care for Black and BIPOC clients.
I work with three core groups: Children and young people — I have hands-on experience working with children and adolescents in school settings, supporting them through anxiety, trauma, behavioural concerns, and identity development. LGBTQ+ clients — I offer affirming, non-judgmental space for individuals exploring sexuality, gender identity, and the unique pressures that come with navigating those experiences. Black and BIPOC clients — I hold culturally grounded space for clients from the Black and broader BIPOC community, with an understanding of intersectional identity and the layered work of becoming yourself across multiple dimensions.
I provide therapy for anxiety, trauma, identity development, behavioural and emotional concerns in young people, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, depression, relationship concerns, and personal growth — holding a holistic view of wellbeing that integrates mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health.
My approach brings together Child-Centred Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Affirmative Therapy — carefully selected to suit each client’s age, background, and needs. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and genuinely led by you.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Simmons University, a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Northeastern, and an Associate’s in Human Services Management.
I offer secure, confidential online therapy to clients across the UK, with sessions available in 40 or 60-minute formats and sliding scale pricing.
