Wileisha Gonzalez, Mental Health Counsellor
Wileisha Gonzalez is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Mental Health Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Universidad Ana G Méndez. She has extensive experience supporting adults facing a range of emotional challenges including sadness, demotivation, uncertainty, difficulty making decisions, assertiveness, relationship tensions, and more. Wileisha specialises in working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, low self-esteem, stress, women’s issues, burnout, grief, PTSD, anger management, career concerns, mindfulness, as well as children with ADHD, selective mutism, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and conduct disorder, with a particular focus on Spanish-speaking families.
Wileisha offers a welcoming, safe, and confidential space for clients to express themselves freely, explore their emotions, and face life’s challenges with professional support. She is committed to working collaboratively with clients to achieve stability and equip them with tools to manage their situations effectively.
