We provide telehealth, therapy, counselling, and life coaching services delivered securely online by licensed clinicians.
- Eligibility

- Appointments & Payments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our platform or scheduling system.
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Cancellations & Refunds

- No Medical Emergency Services
Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please dial your local emergency number immediately.
- Waitlist
Clients may join a waitlist at no charge. If you are offered an appointment and confirm it, the standard Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
- Consultations
Trust Therapeutics does not offer free consultations or preliminary sessions. All appointments must be scheduled and paid in advance.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Therapeutics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
