Our prices vary based on the clinician’s level of experience and the length of the session

Sliding Scale: Care Within Reach
We offer sliding scale pricing to ensure that cost does not become a barrier to care. Our lowest rate begins at £38 per session, depending on your preference.
Booking & Appointments
Session Location
All sessions are delivered remotely through secure, confidential video calls.
Weekday availability (with time zone)
Appointments are available during afternoons and evenings (BST) to suit your schedule.
Weekend availability
Weekend appointments are also available, though more scheduling options are offered during weekdays and evenings.
Booking is simple
Once you select your therapist, you’ll receive a secure link to confirm your session.
Consultation, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. Our policy is designed to be flexible while respecting our clinicians’ time:
Consultation
- Please note that we do not offer free consultations.
- However, you are welcome to speak with one of our live representatives regarding booking information, details, and selecting the right clinician.
- Our representatives are available Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm BST.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 48+ hours’ notice: Cancel or reschedule for a full refund.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Payment is non-refundable.
- No-shows: Payment is non-refundable.
- Emergencies & illness: We review these situations with compassion. One emergency cancellation per year is allowed without documentation.
- If we cancel: You can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Technical issues or uncontrollable events (e.g. severe weather, widespread outages): Sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or refunded if rescheduling isn’t possible.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
What’s Not Refundable
- Late cancellations and missed appointments (without prior notice).
